1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

2. Understanding customer needs and requirements

3. Sales Ordering processing and follow up (include schedule sharing, go to customer portal when need) 

4. Effective communication with sales people, customers and other key persons. 

5. Coordinate with customers and finance internal for credit and collection.
