1. Proficient in ARM system and assembly language. Proficient in C/C++ language
.  proficient in cross platform framework/tool. Git, QT, Cmake, etc.
2. Proficient in Linux system development environment and tools 
3. Familiar to Android/Linux OS/RT-OS 
4. Proficient in the basic working principle and driver framework of the Linux kernel, more than one year BSP driver development experience 
5. Have a certain circuit hardware knowledge, can understand the analysis of schematics 
6. Experience in BSP more than 3~5 year will be plus 
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
8. Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team and multiple interests
