AIA is on a mission to revolutionize how AI is built and operated.

Taiwan AI Academy is looking for a Technical Project Manager who is familiar with the open-source pluggable MLOps platform and data and model tools. Be able to manage projects with a strategic partner, and ensure projects are completed on time with quality assurance.

Job Requirements :
What you will be doing :
◆ Creating schedules, determining deadlines, and communicating progress
◆ Work closely with business and customer success teams to collect and confirm technical requirements from customers
◆ Respond to project-related documents (RFP, SOW, technical proposals) and support business teams and partners
◆ Respond to customer questions on technical issues through the sales stages
◆ Enable partners to better support our customers
◆ Collect feedback from customers to drive product decisions
◆ Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
◆ Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc

▌職務需求：
1. Requirements :
◆ Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
◆ Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
◆ Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
◆ Experience in a customer-facing technical role
◆ 3+ years of relevant experience
◆ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
◆ The position is based in Taipei and allows part-time work remotely.

◆ Experience in dock container, virtualization, cloud, or machine learning
◆ Experience in enterprise software

上班地點：新北市板橋區中山路一段141號14樓
上班時間：週二至週六上班，彈性上班時間為上午08:00~09:30，中午休息1小時，彈性下班時間為17:00~18:30，每日工作8小時不含休息1小時
週休二日：週日及週一
